With 25 years experience in fine jewelry sales, Linda is tenacious on the importance of providing excellent customer service. As co-owner, she takes care of the daily routine and contends with the challenges of getting business accomplished. Linda has a strong creative side and enjoys doing the measure ups with customers and going over every option available. Most of all, building solid relationships with our customers by staying in touch on job status and following up upon completion is Linda’s main goal. She always questions “What went well? What can we do better?”
